Sidney M. Vieck has a reputation for being an aggressive and assertive young attorney. Sidney is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana. Sidney joined the firm in 2018 and has been exclusively litigating family law cases since that time. Founding Partner, Louis P. Winner often refers to and considers Sidney as one of the best young attorneys in the State of Kentucky.
Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Sidney graduated a her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern Indiana. During her undergraduate studies, Sidney also studied Economics at Hochschule University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, Germany. Following her undergraduate studies, Sidney enrolled at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Sidney graduated with her Juris Doctor in May of 2018. Sidney was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in October of 2018 and admitted to the Kentucky State Bar in February of 2019. During her law school tenure, she was a member of the Robert and Sue Ellen Ackerson Law Clinic where she represented clients in various aspects of domestic violence litigation and domestic relations litigation. Sidney focuses her area of practice in the area of family law on high conflict divorce, child support, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, relocation matters, and reproductive rights.
Currently, Sidney is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Louisville Bar Association. In addition, Sidney is currently a member of Maryhurst’s Associate Board, a nonprofit organization in Louisville, Kentucky dedicated to serving and providing a home to endangered children.
